Bradenton Beach is a charming and vibrant community of 1,500 located at the southern end of Anna Maria Island. The Island is located at the southern entrance to Tampa Bay on the Gulf of Mexico. We share the island with our sister cities of Holmes Beach and Anna Maria City.
Access to Anna Maria Island can be achieved from the mainland (Bradenton) via bridges on Cortez Road or Manatee Avenue or from Longboat Key to the south via the bridge over Longboat Pass.
The city boasts miles of uninterrupted supervised public sugar sand beaches on the Gulf side and calm docking and mooring areas on the mangrove lined bay side.
The City of Bradenton Beach has a profound respect for its beach and environment and is well regarded for its lush landscaping and recreation opportunities. Mobility can be achieved with similar ease via trolley, car, bicycle or foot....

This newly designed Studio Suite is located Gulf Front on Bradenton Beach. The views from the spacious balcony can’t be beat! It has a fully equipped kitchen and can comfortably sleep 4 people.

* Rates are based on 4 occupants. Additional person are $15.00 nightly.
* Holiday periods and weekends may be subject to minimum stays and rates.
*All accommodations are charged 11% Florida Sales Tax.
Reservations are confirmed with guest’s credit card. Cancellations or changes must be made 7 days prior to arrival date, or a one night stay plus tax will be assessed as a penalty fee.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club Cards, Cash and Travelers Checks may be used. Sorry NO personal checks are accepted on the day of arrival.
Arrival check-in is 3:00 pm, checkout is 11:00 am.
Beach Towels are not provided, so please remember to bring your own.
