Our newly remodeled and refurnished condo is located on the beach of beautiful Longboat Key. The extra large one bedroom is open and airy that sleeps 4 people comfortably. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Off of the living room is a spacious balcony where you can watch the sunrise over the Bay while enjoying morning coffee.

November 1 - January 31 $1084/week
February 1 - April 30 $1225/week

* Plus 11% Florida Sales Tax
* $10 per day for additional people above 2
* Cleaning Fee ($75.00)

Rates are Daily with Two Weeks Minimum February – April;
One Week Minimum May – January. Payment by Cash or Check Only.

(Please call if your plans fall short of the minimums and we will try and accommodate you.)

Check-In: 2pm
Check-Out: 10am
